  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? IF YES, HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST TO...?

Yes, we do! We offer both tracked and untracked shipping services. Shipping cost will be shown during checkout. All packages are shipped using Indonesian Post. Orders from Singapore will be sent locally via SingPost

 

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Card on our website. 

 

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We try to fulfill orders as fast as we can and may not be able to change and/or cancel your order but if you need to make important adjustment such as shipping address, let us know and provide your order number. Please make sure to put the correct orders and shipping address during checkout. Your order cannot be refunded or canceled once it has been fulfilled. 

 

  • MY PACKAGE IS LOST/TOOK SO LONG TO ARRIVE

We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you applied for our tracked shipping, we will help to trace the package and cooperate with our postal service. Most tracked shipping comes with insurance. However, if you used untracked shipping service we couldn't trace and help with finding the package nor will we resend your order. 

 

  • DO YOU COLLECT VAT? IF YES, HOW MUCH IS VAT FOR...

No. WE DO NOT collect VAT. All International customers are responsible to pay their duties upon receiving their packages if any. Fees might vary and we can't predict how much. We recommend contacting your local customs office for this matter.
