REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strictly for reselling purpose and not for personal use or group order
  2. Must not discredit our brand 
  3. Resellers are allowed to set their own selling price as long as they are  greater than or equal to our selling price 
  4. Have an existing brand (online or physical store)
  5. Once the deal is completed, resellers are responsible for the promotion and selling process of our merchandise 

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)

  1. A minimum purchase of $100 is required 
  2. Wholesale discounts are adjustable depending on the total purchase

    1. All wholesale orders will be shipped using tracked mail
    2. Shipping discount for regular customers doesn't apply for wholesale
    3. Shipping fee is negotiable depending on your total purchase amount

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, international shipping is available. Orders are shipped from our studio and delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with shipping details will be provided.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cedit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, UnionPay), mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and Shop Pay.

    Can I change my order?

    We try to fulfil orders as fast as we can and may not be able to change and/or cancel your order but if you need to make important adjustment such as shipping address, let us know and provide your order number. Please make sure to put the correct orders and shipping address during checkout. Your order cannot be refunded or canceled once it has been fulfilled. 

    Which shipping carriers do you use?

    All orders are shipped from Singapore via SingPost. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local postal services.

    How long will shipping take?

    Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Singapore: 2–3 business days
    • Asia: 8–16 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 8–17 business days
    • United States & Canada: 8–20 business days
    • Europe & Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

    Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

    Import duty and tax

    Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the order total. Any additional fees incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
