Refund policy

Kindly note that we do not allow any refunds and returns but if you have problems with your order, you can always contact us at sales@qelseastudio.com so we can evaluate the issue and meet your satisfaction. 


Damages and issues
All items will go through a quality check before being shipped to buyers, we always make sure that the items are in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can review the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a dispute, you need to contact us within 3 days after receiving your order. Kindly note that we are not responsible for damages that happened during delivery. However, if the issue results from our mistake we will gladly help you. We will do our best to protect your package. To support your case further, we highly suggest you to record an unboxing video. After the 3-days window, your sales will be marked as final.

We cannot accept returns and refunds on sale items or gift cards.
