Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

For online art market orders, processing time may be slightly longer due to order volume, curated packing, and coordination with multiple artists. We truly appreciate your patience 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: Singapore
  • International: Selected countries (availability will be shown at checkout)

If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • International: 8-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, courier issues, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Packaging

All items are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely. For art market orders, items from multiple artists will be packed together in one shipment.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@qelseastudio.com within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photos. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Address Changes

Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify shipping details.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Buyers are responsible for duties and taxes that might be incurred on your package. Failure to do so will cause your package to be reshipped back to us and you will be required to cover the shipping cost. Import duties are beyond our control and fees vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. For EU customers, any customs and taxes that might be incurred on your package should be paid when your order arrives. We do not collect VAT.

 

RETURNED MAIL

In a case where your package is being returned to us again due to incorrect pieces of information (incorrect address, phone numbers, etc) or other reasons and you wish us to resend the package, we will require an additional shipping fee (the same amount you paid on the first time). If you wish to get a refund, you can email us at sales@qelseastudio.com
